Your Three-Week Gentle Movement For Wellness Plan

You don’t have to overhaul your routine to make a difference. Here’s a simple, flexible plan you can start any week of the year.

Each week has one theme: Consistency, Awareness, and Variety.

Week 1: Consistency Counts

Commit to moving your body for just 10 minutes a day.
That might mean a slow walk, gentle stretching, seated leg lifts, or arm circles while you wait for the kettle to boil. The key is to keep it light and regular.

Week 2: Move with Awareness

Start paying attention to how your body feels.
If you feel stiffness in your neck or shoulders, add gentle range-of-motion movements. If your lower back feels tight, try small pelvic tilts or supported side bends.
Awareness helps prevent injury and improves your connection with your body. If you are feeling any niggles of pain, consulting one of our expert physiotherapists and working on a healing journey is better than avoiding movement!

Week 3: Add Variety

Change it up - try something new!
Walk a different route, follow a short YouTube stretching session, or even dance to your favourite song.
Movement doesn’t have to feel like “exercise.” It can simply be joy in motion.

💡 Tip: Write your mini-movements in a notebook or on your fridge as a “movement diary.” You’ll be amazed how small efforts add up over time.
